Shipping and delivery
1. Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days (excluding holidays)
- Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day.
- During high-volume periods, processing may take longer. If there are significant delays, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: Delivered within 2-4 business days
Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 1-3 business days
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected method
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship Worldwide.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, SeniaPureGrowth is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Delayed Deliveries
Weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing may impact delivery times. These delays are outside our control.
6. International Shipping Details
Customs clearance may cause delays beyond estimated delivery dates.
Duties or taxes applied by your country are not included in our shipping fees.
